Polar Asia Pacific group of companies have implemented stringent measures to combat the on-going COVID-19 pandemic.
Polar China, India, Singapore and Taiwan offices remain fully operational with our staff split into two teams and operating from office and home on alternate days of the week. These measures will remain in place until further notice.

We have implemented mandatory safety and social distancing measures in all our offices to comply with the local regulatory requirements. To limit physical interaction with our customers and business partners, we have minimised all travel and customer visits. All our staff are reachable for service and support by email and phone, visits to customer sites will continue for critical service support in compliance with guidelines issued by the local authorities.
We continue to work closely with our principals and partners to maintain sufficient stocks of equipment, accessories, and spare parts, necessary to provide seamless service & support to customers around the region. Some delays are expected in delivery of our products and services due to the continuing limitations on the global logistics supply chain. We wish to assure our customers that our business continuity plans are stress tested and robust to handle the ongoing crisis. We have taken essential steps to ensure continuity of supply of products and services (including repairs and calibration) if further lockdowns are announced by authorities.

Providing onsite / offsite support to customers including installation, commissioning and training will be an integral part of the job profile that would also require travelling within the region.
